Cancellation Policy

Bookings at Inner Bliss Healing Room The following booking policy is agreed to by clients who book and attend any of the services, workshops and therapies at Inner Bliss Healing Room (referred to as IBHR from here onward). Contact Details WhatsApp message or call: 082 530 0760 (no cell reception; only WiFi) Email: innerblisshealingroom@gmail.com Office Hours Mon, Tue & Thu: 8 am to 3 pm Wed: Closed Fri: 8 am to 2 pm Sat: 8 am to 12 pm Bookings • Bookings can only be made via WhatsApp or Email. • Please book all appointments a minimum of 24 hours in advance. • Clients who arrive late for bookings will need to rebook if they are late by 15 minutes or more. • For distant Reiki: the full fee is payable before the session. • Once the payment is received, IBHR will send a confirmation via email, WhatsApp. • If payments are not received at least 24 hours before the session, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Booking Fee/Non-refundable Deposit • All healing sessions with IBHR, require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Why am I being asked for a booking fee (non-refundable deposit)? When you make an appointment, Elza aims to provide you the best possible experience. To do so; paying a deposit is necessary for two reasons: • Elza would like to make sure that your booked timeslot is secure. This way you may rest assured that you are not double-booked into the same time slot as another. • A deposit/booking fee is ultimately also a way of safeguarding your therapist against last-minute cancellations and “no-shows”. To make your booking or secure your appointment, payment of the deposit may be made as follows: • Payment needs to be made before 2 pm on the day before your requested appointment. • Your reservation is confirmed as soon as payment/proof of payment has been received. Cancellations • Contact Elza at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. • Monday appointments: contact Elza before 2 pm on the Friday prior to the appointment. • If prior notification is not given, you will forfeit your booking fee. • In the event of an appointment being cancelled by your therapist you will be notified well in advance (at least 24 hours) of the cancellation. Your deposit will be returned as soon as Elza receives your banking details. Payment Only cash or EFT payments accepted. PLEASE NOTE: No cheques will be accepted.
